Baklava Ice Cream

Ice cream, a worldwide staple. I could go on a novel long rant about my love for ice cream. More on that later.
I was craving ice cream one night and wanted to make it myself. I looked up a no churn ice cream recipe because I don’t have an ice cream maker and made a basic vanilla. I couldn’t help myself and had to add some cinnamon, honey & walnuts. I realized while I was eating it and enjoying the perfect flavor combo that it was no mistake why the flavors made perfect sense- it was the flavors of baklava. I made it again for my family and they were obsessed. Thus creating the Baklava Ice Cream.
Easy no churn Ice cream
2 cups (476 grams) Heavy Whipping cream cold
1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
a teaspoon or so of pure vanilla extract, vanilla bean paste or vanilla bean (preferable)
pinch of sea salt
